Jeff Holley, Dennis Martin Assume Leading Roles at One America

Company Sets Sight on Future – Reorganization to Drive a New Era of Growth

INDIANAPOLIS, IN – (January 29, 2018) OneAmerica® today announced leadership changes and major investment plans that will better position the company to serve their distribution partners and customers.

Jeff Holley, executive vice president, Finance, Operations and Institutional Markets will take the helm as acting leader of the company’s Retirement Services record-keeping business and Dennis Martin, senior vice president, was appointed acting leader of its Individual Life and Financial Services lines of business.

In addition, OneAmerica announced other key leadership changes, including the creation of a new leadership role, head of Enterprise Operations. This role is designed to deliver more value to OneAmerica’s distribution partners and customers and will report to Jeff Holley. The company also shared that it’s continuing its significant investment in technology and transformation programs that will strengthen relationships with its field force and the millions of customers OneAmerica serves.

About our Leadership

Jeff Holley, has served in a variety of roles at OneAmerica, including Chief Financial Officer, and was appointed the company’s executive sponsor of OneAmerica’s Retirement Services Transformation initiative in 2016. He has 30-years in the financial services industry across a spectrum of disciplines, including serving as Acting President and CEO while at CUNA Mutual Group.

Dennis Martin, a twenty-plus year insurance industry veteran brings strong experience in all facets of the insurance business. In his nine years at OneAmerica, he’s served in a variety of senior leadership roles, including Product Development, Actuarial, Operations, oversight of OneAmerica Securities, and most notably leading the product development team responsible for OneAmerica’s Care Solutions product suite, a national-leader in the asset-based long term care marketplace.

The company also announced that several key business functions will transition to other senior executive leaders upon the retirement of the head of Operational and Organizational Development in March. It was also announced that Pat Foley is no longer affiliated with the organization and Davison noted gratitude for his service.
