Digital Refund Policy- Due to the finite nature of digital media inventory, once a campaign is launched, and at times even scheduled, all costs are considered earned. For any digital media campaign that is cancelled after launch, the publisher will endeavor to find replacement for that media and calculate a pro-rata return exclusive of costs incurred.
