Brings recruiting, marketing & systems expertise
The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, a more than 165-year-old company, is pleased to welcome Timothy Geary as managing director of the company’s new San Diego agency.
“Tim’s prior experience with recruiting, marketing and system implantations will help with his transition to Penn Mutual,” said William Stevens, vice president of Penn Mutual’s Career Agency System. “As managing director, he will play an integral role in the management team and oversee the recruiting, training and developing of the field force and firm operations.”
Before joining the company, Geary was director of recruiting and operations with Guardian Life where he strived to provide client-focused resources specific to their unique circumstances. He primarily focused on business development, client and agent retention, field force training and agent recruitment.
Geary earned an Associate Degree in visual communications from the Colorado Institute of Art. In addition, he is a member of the Financial Planning Association of San Diego (FPA) and the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA).
He currently resides in San Diego, Calif. With his wife, Trish, and their two children.
