To Lead Financial Institutions DistributionAndy Reiss, SVP of Financial Institutions, Announces Retirement
CINCINNATI – Mar. 16, 2020 – W&S Financial Group Distributors, Inc., wholesale distributor of annuities and life insurance from member companies of Western & Southern Financial Group, has promoted Harvey T. Fladeland to senior vice president of financial institutions. Fladeland succeeds Andy Reiss, who retired effective March 2.
Fladeland brings more than 20 years of successful experience in sales, recruiting, hiring, coaching and developing top-performing sales associates. In his new role, he will lead sales efforts with annuities, life insurance and related products through the financial institutions channel.

Fladeland joined W&S Financial Group Distributors in March 2019 as a divisional vice president. Before that he was with AXA Distributors LLC, where he was a divisional vice president and regional sales manager. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Minnesota State University, as well as FINRA Series 24, 7 and 63 registrations and life and health insurance licenses. Fladeland and his family are in the process of relocating to Cincinnati from Heath, Texas.
Reiss joined the company in 2014 with more than three decades of experience in the financial services industry. “Andy has been an integral part of our financial institution distribution efforts,” said Caner. “We greatly appreciate his contributions in overseeing the addition of multiple firm partnerships and introducing new product offerings.”
