To be based in Tampa Bay as National Sales Director
TOWSON, MD, Tuesday, July 17, 2018 — Voluntary Disruption, a Division of Silverman Benefits Group, a leading, national independent enhanced benefits firm, announced its hiring of 19-year industry veteran Brandy Hartin. Hartin will be based out of Tampa Bay, Fla., as Voluntary Disruption’s National Sales Director.
Hartin will be responsible for prospecting and securing new adviser, broker and consultant partner relationships while working as Voluntary Disruption’s head of all group client strategy, new account installs and enrollments. “I’m so fired up to bring aboard an industry rockstar of Brandy’s caliber,”said Eric Silverman, Voluntary Disruption’s Founder and Owner. “I’ve admired Brandy’s career, from afar, for quite some time and she has proven time and time again… that she can excel at the highest level. She’s going to greatly increase our geographic footprint and our ability to take our firm to the next level,” .
Hartin is a Kentucky native residing in Tampa, Fla. Her most recent position was as a Broker Sales Consultant for a major voluntary benefit provider, Aflac. With 19 years of industry experience, she’s developed deep knowledge in Broker-Client Relations, Account Management, Product Comparative Analysis, Strategy and Case Fulfillment. Previously, she served as a training director for two different markets that produced over $40M in revenue.
